Registration Requirements
Upon registration into Promise Town Programs, a registration and enrollment deposit must be paid.
Registration fees are as follows:
Ø $75.00 per child
Ø $90.00 per family (two children)
Ø $115.00 per family (three or more children)
The registration fee is $25.00 for the Seasonal Camp Program and is nonrefundable (not including summer camp).
The registration/material fee is $50.00 for the Summer Camp Program and is nonrefundable.
o No application of admission will be processed without enrollment fees.
We have found that breaking down fees here makes for an easier transition throughout the year. This one-time deposit also ensures that all fees are paid in a timely manner.

- Please put your child’s name on your payment (Do not leave your payment in your child’s cubby).
- Once your child is enrolled, you are responsible for weekly tuition whether your child attends or not.
- Should fees become one (1) week delinquent, the account must be brought current by being paid in full, or you will forfeit your child’s enrollment at Promise Town.
- Tuition fee includes holidays; tuition is not reduced for holidays.
- Adjustments can be made on case-to-case basis, should your child become severely ill or undergo surgery and need Extended period of time- a time frame exceeding three or more weeks out from school.

I understand that it is also my responsibility to ensure that the nutritional and health needs of my child are met while my child is at the Childcare Ministry.
