Hours of operation

Promise Town is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

Promise Town Office Administration Hours* are as follows:
​Tuesdays: 9:30am -1:00pm
​Wednesdays: 12:00pm-3:00pm
​Thursdays: 9:30am -1:00pm

​*Office Administration Hours are used to respond to emails and calls, provide tours,  and to complete forms and other administrative duties.  Phone calls received outside of the office administration hours will be forwarded to voicemail. Voicemails are checked daily and address during the next scheduled office administration hours. If you have an emergency or need immediate attention from administration please contact our director via her cell phone.

Promise Town is closed on the following holidays:

New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and the day after
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

If these holidays fall on a Saturday or Sunday, either the Friday preceding or the following Monday will be designated as the holiday. Please see class calendars for additional closings and breaks.
