Director
Andrea Takase
Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to our program! My name is Andrea Takase, and I’ve had the incredible blessing of serving with Promise Town since 2010. I am a proud graduate of Anderson University, where I studied Christian Education and Biology.
My journey here has been nothing short of amazing. It’s been a true honor to help lay both the spiritual and academic foundations for so many families over the years. In addition to my role as Program Director for our Early Childhood Education department, I also have the joy of teaching our Pre-K5 class.
At Promise Town, our mission goes beyond teaching children—we strive to connect with each family that joins our program. Though we are small, we are mighty, standing firm in the belief that if God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31)
Thank you for choosing to be part of our community!

Hi! My name is Malia Washington. My call to teach came in high school where I completed an early childhood program. I started volunteering at Promise Town in 2011 and have been here since. I am the second oldest of 8 siblings and have been taking care of children all my life. I am in love with animals! I have had many pet such as hermit crabs and ferrets, but I currently have three dogs, two cats, a fish, and a snake.

Hi! My name is Ms Eira and I having been working at Promisetown for 23 years, as of 2025. I like working with kids and helping them.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and playing racket ball with my husband. On the weekends, I like to walk/run around my neighborhood. I enjoy going to church on Sundays and everyday I thank the Lord for the gift of another day.
